      support u said that up date are over now but how about the person that purchase ds708 in 2013 like  that apply to us to and if not y is that  no update are being release for us then

     No, I don't mean the update is over. For those whose DS708 registered more than one year ago, they can't get FREE update now. But for your case, since you purchased the DS708 at 2013, you are definitely in the one-year free update period, so you can still download the update programs in our server.
